SEAPIX - multibeam mapping

SeapiX is a multi-beam sonar that uses a dual Mills Cross multibeam sonar to map the water column and seabed. SeapiX generates one or more scan sweeps longitudinally or transversely of the vessel's axis, thus providing a total three-dimensional coverage of the water column, a bathymetric profile of the seabed and identification of sediment type in the seabed. The transducer generates several simultaneous multi-beam transmissions and acoustic processes to provide a good quality measurements of the marine environment. The SeapiX key allows you to view data from the multibeam sounder in Olex.
